This course gives a complete overview of protecting an organization’s network and effectively managing security. We begin with the very basics of networking and understand how attackers can exploit the vulnerabilities in your systems. Then we will see how you can protect your network from such attacks using various technologies. Security tools detect, report and respond to most of the attacks and generate a huge amount of security information in the form of logs. These logs are in many different formats and hence difficult to analyze. In this course we will see how this security information can be managed.
